Best Western Lake Buena Vista on the market
Orlando Business Journal
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels is offering an all-or-nothing, three-hotel portfolio package that includes the recently renovated 325-room Best Western Lake Buena Vista.
The package, assembled seven years ago by WW Lodging Inc., a private Dallas, Texas, real estate investment trust, also includes the 211-room Hilton Harbor Island in San Diego, Calif., and the 355-room Radisson Fisherman's Wharf and its adjacent 45,000 square feet of retail space in San Francisco.
The Los Angeles-based team from Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) says all three hotels are being offered "free and clear of management encumbrances." All three reportedly include long-term land leases.
Industry experts estimate the hotels will bring in between $200,000 to $250,000 per room key through the bidding process for the package.
