    Dubai firm planning more investments in Kerala

    Dubai-based TECOM, the promoter of Dubai Internet City, is planning more investments in Kerala, said company chairperson Ahamad Bin Bayat here Friday.

    The company has entered into an agreement with the Kerala government to set up the Smart City in Kochi at an investment of Rs.15 billion ($377.8 million).

    Addressing a gathering after inaugurating a shopping mall here, Bayat said his company was looking for other locations in Kerala to launch new projects. 'Kozhikode may become one of the locations,' he added.
